had a worst Experience with WatchStox, purchased a $40,000.00 Watch from them and only after a week of owning the watch something major went wrong with the watch, contacted Hector and he was super helpful but then the owner of the company called me and said that they are not going to cover the watch and I have to send it to AP myself, contacted AP and it costed mt $2200.00 to fix it, something that they have to cover because I only had the watch for one week, extremely disappointed, never going back to them or refer anyone to this company, PLEASE BE AWARE, this company does not know anything about customer service, please do your own research before you buy product from this place.

Seller's communication, shipping and packaging was excellent. The Seller did (at least twice) offer to return the watch and refund the transaction. Seller paid for me to ship it to him for him to inspect it and suggested he would have replaced the crystal but it was apparently no longer available from Longines and did not recommend using a non-Longines crystal. However, the watch was not as described as it had significant use, dents/nicks on the case and the crystal that did not appear in the pictures and there was also damage to the dial that was not in the pictures (I was able to capture the damage in pictures and send such pictures to the Seller). Understanding that pictures cannot pick up everything, Chrono24 has a descriptive scale for a seller to rate the condition of the watch. Here, Seller rated the watch as "Very Good;" the watch was "Good" at best and possibly even "Fair." I would recommend the Seller only because he did offer to refund and return right away without any hesitation. Also communication was great, for the most part. If I were to consider another watch from this Seller, I would assume any written description was better than the watch appears and the pictures may not tell the whole story and make an offer accordingly.

Got a nice watch last week which was my priciest eBay purchase ever so was a bit nervous. Alfonzo at Watchstox was quite responsive to my many pre-sale questions then, after completing the purchase, I was delighted they shipped the watch FedEx to eBay's authentication and certification service in Ohio where it was turned around in a day and sent FedEx to me. The whole thing took three days, and the watch arrived nicely packaged and in the condition described (actually, a little better!).

Kind and prompt communication but many problems with the watch. a) the clasp is not original. A white gold clasp sent instead of platinum that came with original b) the watch date and day of the week were not matching. This is not expected from a perpetual calendar even if u don't use it for a long time. Some ignorant guy must have serviced the watch C) the original limited edition box was substituted by a generic box from same company. Dealer returned the watch at no courier charges to me but i paid a lot in terms of time wasted.

The watch arrived in excellent condition with the expected original box, papers, and warranty. If anything the description by Accar Watches was conservative with the condition of the case, strap, and crystal in much better condition that the "very good" listed in the description.
